A commercial building taken down and cleared in four weeks
We demolished a redundant commercial building in Cleethorpes and cleared the site within four weeks, ready for our client to develop.
Because of the nature of the site and the condition of the structure, we took most of it down by systematic dismantling, using our own 50te crane to lift out the steel structure. We supplied the crane, plant, equipment, skips and people, and cleared the site as the work went on.
The client had a clear site in four weeks from one contractor, with our own crane, plant and people doing the work.

Our appointed person visited site and prepared the RAMS. On site we had a crane operator, lift supervisor, steel erectors, slinger signallers and additional riggers.
The Terex Demag AC 50-1 is a 50 tonne, three axle all-terrain crane with a 40m main boom, supplied with an operator for crane hire or as part of a contract lift.
