Our works is an old building with a small door. Can the press still come out?

Yes. We measure the opening, the headroom and the floor along the route, then decide whether the press goes out whole on skates or has to be split into sections first. Photos of the doorway and yard help us answer fast.

Can you set a new machine to floor marks in a factory that is still running?

Yes. We protect the floor, fence off the route and bring the machine in at a quiet point in the shift, then position it to the marks or datum your engineers give us. Production elsewhere in the building carries on while we work.

Who disconnects and reconnects the machine?

Mechanical disconnection and making safe is usually ours, and we position the machine precisely enough for commissioning. Electrical and control reconnection is coordinated with your own engineers or the machine manufacturer, and who covers what is agreed at survey stage.
