Synergy Lifting carry out lifting and shifting operations on a daily basis. We have an assortment of lifting equipment in our tackle store so you can be rest assured that we can tackle even the most challenging of scenarios. Our operatives will come to your site fully prepared to complete a safe and efficient lift & shift job.

We are spread out across the UK and that gives us nationwide coverage. This means we are able to carry out surveys and take on work wherever you need us.
What items do we typically lift and shift?
We are experienced with lifting and shifting heavy or awkward items across a range of sectors. We shift HVAC kit into and out of plantrooms and switchrooms. We shift heavy machinery at factories. We have moved delicate items such as display cabinets and heavy items such as 40te presses and 60te autoclaves. Needless to say, if you need it lifting and shifting then we can help.

At Synergy Lifting, we take pride in offering a meticulously planned and thought-out lift and shift service. Each project is unique, and the duration can range from a single day to several months. Below, we outline a typical lift and shift process, guiding you from the project’s inception to its successful completion.
Site Visit
The first step is for Synergy Lifting's lift and shift team to conduct a site audit to produce documentation for the following steps.
Quotation
Following our initial site visit, our team will produce a detailed quotation with an outline of our scope of works and timescales.
Site Assessment
Our team will undertake our full site assessment to establish HSE requirements and finalise our method for lifting operations, etc.
Risk Assessment
With safety being our priority in all of our operations, a site-specific risk assessment will be created to go alongside our method statement.
Method Statement
Our team will write up a site-specific method statement detailing our safe working procedures to carry out our operations.
Highways and Councils
Synergy Lifting will work with local councils to arrange any necessary permits or road closures if heavy/wide loads need transporting off site.
Insurance Covers
Synergy Lifting's full comprehensive insurance covers will be presented to the client for review before site operations commence.
Project Management
The lift and shift work will be undertaken by Synergy Lifting’s qualified personnel utilising our specialist plant and equipment.
Handover
We hand over the project to our client upon completion. This could be upon project completion or it could be in set phases for larger projects.
