Access and planning for dismantling in Ipswich

Common questions
Can plant come out of a grain store between harvests?
Yes. The gap between drying and the next intake is when this work gets booked. We survey in season, agree the sequence and the propping, then arrive on the first day the store is empty.
The Orwell Bridge shuts on our load-out day. What then?
Cutting carries on and the sections wait in the yard until the town clears. Wagons rebook for a later window, and where load-out drives the programme the forecast is read first.
How is dismantling different from demolition?
Demolition takes a structure down and the value is in the cleared site. Dismantling takes plant apart in the reverse of the order it went up, so what comes off keeps its value as equipment, as parts, or as material worth more separated than mixed. The planning takes longer and the work is slower, and on the right job it pays for itself.
Who cleans and certifies the plant before cutting?
Cleaning, purging and gas-free certification sit with the site operator or a specialist, and the sequence is planned around those certificates.
