Access and planning for lifts in Milton Keynes

Common questions
Can you work inside a distribution centre while it is running?
Yes, and most of our work on the sheds is done that way. We agree the route in, the standing position, the exclusion zone and the working window with the site team so the crane fits around the operation rather than stopping it.
Can you install a conveyor or sortation system?
Yes. That work is usually a crane to get the sections into the building and then lifting and positioning inside, often overnight so the shed can run during the day. Send us the layout and the section weights.
Is a big crane a problem on the grid roads?
Rarely. The roads here are better suited to abnormal loads than most, so the constraint is almost always the site rather than the journey. We still check the final approach and the standing position before quoting.
