Access and planning for lifts in Northampton
Every site is different, but a few things come up again and again on Northampton jobs:

Common questions
Can you work inside a distribution centre while it is running?
Yes, and most of our work on the parks is done that way. We agree the route in, the standing position, the exclusion zone and the working window with the site team so the crane fits around the operation rather than stopping it.
Can you install a conveyor or sortation system?
Yes. That work is usually a crane to get the sections into the building and then lifting and positioning inside, often overnight so the shed can run during the day. Send us the layout and the section weights.
Can you do a production line move over a weekend?
Often, yes, and that is how most of it happens. Give us the shutdown window, the plant weights and the route in and out, and we’ll plan the crane and the machine moving side together.
